(Lincoln, Neb. Feb. 21, 2022) Speedway Motors announced today it will celebrate racers and the sport of racing with Racer Appreciation Week, Feb. 21-27, which will include giveaways, discounts, and features throughout the week.

“Our roots are in racing and for 70 years we’ve helped auto enthusiasts and racers build their best cars. Racer Appreciation Week gives us a chance to celebrate all things racing and show our support of the sport and our customers,” said Clay Smith President and Owner of Speedway Motors. “We hope to continue to help customers build their dreams for another 70 years and beyond. Whatever you need for your race car, you can count on Speedway Motors to deliver—with affordable prices, expert advice, and hassle-free service, plus 70 years of experience to back it all up.”

Bryce Campbell won the 2021 Speedway Motors Cover Car Contest and his IMCA Northern Sport Modified is featured on their 2022 Race Catalog. “Like many of us, it all started for Bryce in the garage helping his dad, Howard Campbell, with his bright red and yellow asphalt modified. This instilled in Bryce a lifetime love of racing,” said Joe McCollough, Marketing Content and Project Coordinator.

“Just like our customers, you can find our technicians out on the track or building projects in their garage on the weekends,” Smith added. Speedway Motors Racing Automotive Tech Devyn Peterson helps customers find the right parts to get dialed in and stay competitive. You can also find him out on the track using his understanding of mechanics to make his racecar go fast winning the McCool 100, the Spring Meltdown, World of Outlaws support class, and the Wayne Hicks Memorial to name a few.

Speedway Motors support of the racing community also extends to a number of sanctioning bodies and events throughout the year including IMCA, the Wissota 100, SCCA Pro Solo Nationals, Wild West Shootout, among others.

To celebrate their customers throughout Racer Appreciation Week they will be giving away parts and tools from Speedway Motors! Follow them on Facebook and Instagram to find out how to enter.

They will also offer special pricing and discounts on their products and brands available through SpeedwayMotors.com including Total Seal, Energy Suspension, Aeromotive, Pertronix Brands, Crow, Weld Racing Wheels, ICON, KB Pistons, MPI, Champion Racing Oil, Royal Purple, King Racing Bearing, Scat, Motive Gear, Hawk Brake, AFCO, Longacre, PRO, Zamp, Autometer, and Maxima.
