Slicks go on, Car Comes off the Lift, and the Finish Line Approaches

Day 4 finds the gang hard at work. They’ve checked most of everything off the list, but the final stretch is a long one with lots of details.

Our own Joe McCollough drafted, cut, and bent all of the aluminum into place. The Ididit Plain Tilt Column and the universal Double-D shaft and u-joint kit made sure we’ll eventually be able to drive the car.

With some drag slicks, an increasingly finished interior, and finally getting the car off the lift, our Chevy II Nova Gasser is finally starting to look like the finished product. Which is to say, we’re drooling.
