HushMat Adhesive Test
Tim McCarthy, Founder and Chief Executive of HushMat, proves the adhesive power of their sound deadening product. During the demonstration, the HushMat product strongly adheres to a piece of sheet metal despite being sprayed with WD-40. Tim highlights how user friendly the installation process is, by only using a pair of scissors and his own two hands. Another benefit of Hushmat, is the lack of preparation necessary for use. Unlike competitors, no harsh chemicals are needed to clean the surface prior to application. Instead of requiring the removal of oils on metal surfaces before use, HushMat absorbs oil to promote a stronger adhesion.
