Week to Wicked Product Feature: Rocket Booster Wheels

3/1/2017
Add Article To List

Speedway Motors and Classic Trucks teamed up to build a 1952 Chevy truck in celebration of Speedway Motors’ 65th anniversary.

To function in the capacity of rolling stock, the build team settled on a set of Rocket Booster wheels. Jason Scudellari and Damon Lee take some time to talk about the Rocket Racing Wheels addition to the Week to Wicked build of the 1952 Chevy.

Available in 17, 18, and 20 inch diameters, the classic five-spoke design serves the build well in 18x7 and 18x8 respectively. Available in three finishes, the build team settled on the Grey, made to replicate an “as cast” finish. Rocket also offers a chrome version as well and a darker grey they call Hyper Shot Grey. They also feature a polished lip that sets off the wheel quite nicely.
