Austin has been hooked on cars ever since he bought a rough 1969 El Camino SS at an auction at age 13, and learned to work on it with his dad to get it back on the road. His current project, a 1966 C10 long bed pickup, was dragged out of a field a few years ago. He began work on it while at the Call Center here at Speedway Motors in March of 2017, while also attending school for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
