I install one of these fans on all of my builds( three 1932 Fords a year). It keeps my cars running cool against the terrible heat in Texas summers.

Can the 20" width be cut to 19" to fit a 1928/29 Model A Walker radiator? I purchased, from Speedway, a Walker Cobra Series radiator for a 1928/1929 Model A. I now wish to use an electric fan with shroud. Cooling Components' web site fan chart suggests Style 20, Speedway web site fan chart suggests Style 70. No matter which I use - Style 20 or 70 - the width of the shroud will have to be reduced to match the width of the radiator especially since I am going to use a chrome radiator shell. Speedway's catalog #source code 34402# states that Style 70 can only be cut to a width of 19 7/8" which will be too wide for the 19" wide radiator along with the grill shell. Can you verify that a Style 20 shroud can be cut to 19". Thank you.
