Cooling Components CCI-1740 Details
At one time or another we all have had a car overheat. The Ultimate Cooling Machine fan/shroud combos are just the ticket to avoid having it happen again. These 2500 CFM pull-type fans measure 2-5/8" deep at the motor, 2-3/8" at the mounting brackets and 1-1/2" at the high impact shroud.

It didn't fit the width of your rad as your techs thought it would. Nor can you turn the rad shroud 90 degrees as per the manf.

The fan is very thin so it allows plenty of room in front of the water pump. The shroud is large so I was able to customize it to the size of my radiator perfectly. Dremel tool with the small cutoff wheels cut it easily. Two speed fan works great and moves a lot of air.

I'm using this fan/shroud combo in a 55 Chevy with a SBC 383 and it works great. Really moves the air ! I also use this same combo in my 32 Ford and it also works flawlessly. If you purchase this fan & shroud be sure to order the recommended 70 Amp relay kit.
