Cooling Components CCI-1730 Details
At one time or another we all have had a car overheat. The Ultimate Cooling Machine fan/shroud combos are just the ticket to avoid having it happen again. These 2500 CFM pull-type fans measure 2-5/8" deep at the motor, 2-3/8" at the mounting brackets and 1-1/2" at the high impact shroud.

I intended to use the CCI-1750 fan but it isn't tapered enough at the bottom and was the only fan that would work on my 1930 Ford Coupe with a 383 stroker and 32 grille shell. Didn't have much room (about 1 3/4") between the radiator and water pump. After a lot of measuring and research, I decided to couple it with a Walker 3-row Cobra series radiator and it fits snug as a bug! The shroud assembly is well made and fairly easy to trim to fit the radiator perfectly. I'm also using CCI's 2SFC solid state 2-speed fan controller. It's been simple to wire and hook up to my existing wiring. Haven't tested it yet but fully expect it to do the job very well. I'd recommend this combination to anyone with tight clearance issues.

The fan was recommended for my radiator by tech support. After I received it the vertical size was 2.5 inches short. I found that cooling components offered an exact fit fan. Disappointed that this one was recommended. I made a plate to fill in the 2.5 inch gap
