Week to Wicked Product Feature: AFCO Radiator

Add Article To List

One of the most vital components to a full rebuild of any project is the radiator. The crew from Speedway Motors and Classic Trucks recognized this early on in the planning phase of the Week to Wicked build of the 1952 Chevy Truck.

To address this concern, they reached out to industry partner AFCO for a modern Direct-Fit radiator, and AFCO filled that ticket flawlessly. Built from aluminum, and available in one of three finishes, this radiator will cool the engine nicely with the help of the large shrouded single fan. Fully TIG-welded and pressure tested, you need not worry about your radiator failing on a toasty day.

AFCO prides themselves on not only turning out Direct-Fit radiators, but also having the ability to custom build one to your needs. This worked in Speedway Motors’ favor, as the GM Performance LS3 wasn’t exactly a factory option in 1952.
