Growing up, Matt always had a love for cars and it all began with Hot Wheels. When he was old enough he began working with his dad in the garage, and later found himself frequently tinkering around just trying to figure out how things work. After high school he attended Wyotech for collision and refinishing. He then went on to work for a local street rod shop where he was able to learn more about cars. Through the years, Matt has continued to learn and grow as he has had several project cars, like his '72 Nova, which is where most of his tech articles come from.
