1978 Chevy G20 AMC Model 20 Parts

This Model A hot rod stopped us in our tracks, and the story of how it came to be is just as good as the finished product!

Chris Ryan's '78 Firebird is a loving tribute to that famous Trans Am from _Smokey & the Bandit_, but with style and performance that would have been nearly impossible when the Bandit was busy with Sheriff Justice.

Our new 78-88 GM Metric Chassis kits give the builder an all new kit, ready for assembly. Speedway Motors also carries everything else from suspension, body panels all the way to the engine to put your new Hobby Stock or Stock Car on the track.

It's not every day that you see a wild, IMSA inspired, 550 horsepower Vega. Byron Burnham went way outside the box with this one, and we love it.
