Fit better than I could have hoped

Just had to finesse the holes to line up on the trans. Bolted up perfectly to my intermediate bell housing. Anyone who deals with aftermarket parts knows this is the standard, this adapter is better than I hoped.

BEWARE - THIS WILL NOT FIT S10 WC transmissions

be careful about this adapter. It only fits early T5's. Later model t5's have a different bolt pattern. I found out the hard way that speedway will make you pay the freight back for a decptively advertised product

Everything you need to mate a modern 5 speed behind my 49 flathead. I'll fabricate a stock looking shifter, a crossmember, and have a driveshaft made and it will look mostly stock from above. As a bonus the 5 speed will make my flathead last longer and drive nicer.

Yes, good quality components

Do you have an adapter that will work on a flathead using an s10 4 cylinder t5 that fits a 1996-2003 , nv1500 transmission? It appears that the adapters will only work with an older transmission. Thanks, Ed

I have a '52 Mercury M-1 Pickup and want to put in a T5 from an '87 Chevy s-10. Will this kit work and is there anything else I need. If not, which kit would you recommend.

I am considering purchasing your PN 91628928 kit for use in my ratrod. The current drivetrain is a flathead and transmission is from a 1953 Ford truck. The transmission I am looking at pulling tomorrow is from a 1991 S10 T5. I want to make sure that this is the correct part and it will fit the 1991 transmission. I read a review here where someone had said they had to return it because the bolt hole pattern was different. Also which pressure plate and disk to use and will there be any modifications needed and/or any other parts to buy. Thank you in advance.

Im running the Speedway Chevy T-5 Transmission to Flathead Adapter Kit on a 53 motor. I've chosen to use you 10inch pressure plate #91015657 Flywheel #91015629 and clutch #9105641 I bolted it all up last night and when cranking the motor over the pressure plate is dragging on the adapter. Everything is to torque specs and in line. can't seem to figure out what is out of place.
