Rob attributes his automotive obsession to his older brother, since they would build cars, race (autocross and drag racing), and attend a car club together since they were very young.

Rob earned an associate degree in Applied Science (AAS) in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Chandler Gilbert Community College in 2012. He is also certified with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant rating.

Prior to joining Speedway Motors, Rob worked as an eCommerce Manager at Full-Race Motorsports and Edge Autosport, an Auto Tech/Fabricator at Lone Wolf Customs, a Helicopter Technician at MD Helicopters, and he has experience with photography and digital marketing. He’s also a member of the C10 Club of Arizona.

His specializations include sheet metal fabrication, wiring, suspension, fuel systems (Carb and EFI), tuning, turbocharging, and air ride suspension.

Rob has built a 1979 C10 Scottsdale, a 1972 Dodge Dart Demon, a 1947 Chevy Truck, a 1967 Chevy C10, a 1930/31 Model A, and several OBS and NBS GM Trucks. Rob also owns a BMW E46, and he’s currently shopping for a new project or potentially an LS engine for his BMW.
