Block flange on these headers is 5/16" thick
Collector Flange Outlet: 2-1/2"
Not for use with stock wishbone front suspension

Includes block gaskets, collector gaskets and a pair of companion 2-1/2" flanges for beginning the exhaust system (companion flanges fit 2-1/2" pipe).

Warranty Information

AHC coated headers will burn and be damaged at exhaust temperatures above 1300 degrees. An excessively lean fuel mixture can generate exhaust temperatures over 1700-1900 degrees. If the coating is burned (which will look like a dull gray) due to a lean condition, it is not warranted, but the headers can be recoated for a fee.

Overall Assessment

Customers appreciate the high-quality, durable welds of our headers and commend the excellent finish and fit. The headers have a pleasing appearance and are versatile to fit various applications, including vintage vehicles like the 1949 Ford flathead and 1952 F1, albeit with some clearance issues in specific setups. Despite minor recommendations for weld improvements, the product stands out for its price-quality ratio, and is considered a cost-effective alternative to competitors. The center dump design enhances adaptability, contributing positively to the product's overall value.

The mounting flange on the pipes is cut a little large and not welded on the outside they welded really good on the inside so there's a gap between the pipe in the mounting flange should've been closer cut or weld it all the way around the outside to get a good clean look. The finish in the overall look is very nice.

Most applications would probably turn out great, however,on my 1952 f1, there is no clearance whatsoever to the stock steering box.
