MSD 1990 Mercury Cougar Parts

This drag and drive '49 Mercury is not at all what you'd expect from a chopped Merc. It's part custom, part hot rod, and built to do it all.

Mick Rau has a garage full of cool cars, but this Hirohata-inspired Merc is a standout.

In this budget build, a GM rear end is upgraded in order to hold 400+ HP. See how spherical bushings are replaced in a used 8.5” GM 10 bolt rear end.
