This engine is perfect for my application, pulls tall gears fine while still functioning well in stop & go traffic & "gets with the program" when called into action.

Will be installed in my 54 Mercury to replace a tired 289. Looks great in the engine compartment. Well dressed with intake, valve covers and of course the blue paint. I would like a smaller distributor since the electronic is very big and stands out too much.
