Wilwood 140-18151 is a Forged Narrow Superlite 4R big rear parking brake kit for Big Ford New Style rear ends with a 2.50-inch axle offset. It is designed as a compact but capable rear big brake upgrade that complements larger front brake systems while maintaining a clean and functional internal parking brake setup.

The kit features black powder-coated four-piston radial-mount calipers, 12.88-inch GT slotted curved-vane rotors, and BP-10 pads for balanced braking performance and improved heat control. With a minimum 17-inch wheel requirement, this kit is well suited for custom, pro-touring, and high-performance street vehicles.

Specs

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
