Notes
This pedal assembly has a base bracket that would allow the whole assembly to be bolted to a vertical, flat flange such as the inner face of a rectangular tubing frame rail or a flat plate that was used to box a "C" channel frame rail. The pedal assembly includes an additional bracket that bolts to the first and extends the mounting flange another 2.25". This would allow the assembly to be bolted to a non-boxed, "C" channel frame rail. This secondary bracket measures 3.75" x 11".The pedal assembly (with the booster and master cylinder attached to it) will measure 15.5" from the center of the pedal pivot to the rearmost point of the master cylinder. The forward-most point of the mounting bracket is 1.5" forward of the brake lever pivot.
The brake lever measures 10.5" from the center of the pivot point (and has a 6-to-1 pedal ratio). It is made of ½" steel plate.
The widest point of this assembly will be at the booster, which will be 7.5".
The 4-bolt bolt pattern where the base bracket attaches to the frame rail (or the secondary bracket) is 2.25" x 3.5".
The secondary bracket has a longer bolt pattern where it might attach to the frame rail. That 4-bolt pattern is 2.5" x 9.75".
