Return PolicyThe Turbosmart TS-1 6870 (Kompact) Performance Turbocharger is a high-output, oil-cooled turbocharger engineered for serious street, drag racing, and motorsport applications. Developed using advanced materials, CFD-optimized aerodynamics, and lightweight construction techniques, the TS-1 series delivers exceptional transient response, strong top-end power, and reliable performance while maintaining a compact package size.
This configuration features a 68mm compressor inducer, 70mm turbine exducer, T4 divided turbine inlet, and a 1.00 A/R externally wastegated turbine housing, making it ideal for high-horsepower builds requiring excellent exhaust flow and precise boost control. The proprietary dual-ceramic bearing system and low-rotating-mass assembly help deliver rapid spool characteristics while maintaining efficiency across a broad RPM range.
Constructed with a lightweight 310S stainless-steel investment-cast turbine housing, aggressive 7+7 2618 aluminum splitter-wheel compressor design, and a high-temperature 713C Inconel turbine wheel, the TS-1 6870 is built to withstand extreme operating conditions. Rated to support approximately 850-990 horsepower, this turbocharger provides the airflow and durability needed for demanding performance applications.
Every TS-1 turbocharger includes key installation components such as the turbine outlet weld flange, V-band clamp, and oil-drain gasket, helping simplify installation into custom turbo systems.
