Completely redesigned from the previous generation, the GenV UltraGate38 retains only the proven mounting orientation while incorporating numerous improvements in flow performance, configurability, and durability. The wastegate utilizes a high-temperature 347 stainless-steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17/7 PH stainless-steel springs for outstanding resistance to heat and wear. Its innovative collar-locking system, clockable actuator cap, and optional liquid-cooling provisions provide installation flexibility and long-term reliability.
Featuring a traditional 3-bolt flange design and supplied with a complete spring kit, the UltraGate38 allows users to fine-tune boost control for a wide range of turbocharged combinations. The included 7 PSI spring is pre-installed, while additional springs enable further adjustment to suit various performance goals. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade for previous Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates, the UltraGate38 delivers race-proven performance with straightforward installation.
