This product has received mixed reviews. Customers have particularly appreciated the practicality of the drive shaft, noting its ease of assembly and its role in saving time during installation. Some customers stated the product was integral in completing long-term automotive projects, praising its quality and performance. On the other hand, there were concerns raised about the sizing inconsistencies and the product's unsuitability for high horsepower cars. A few recommended opting for custom-made options instead. Despite these drawbacks, the product is recognized for its completeness and solid structure, and Speedway Motors' support staff have received positive feedback for their helpful service.

I am trying to complete a life long project Track T roadster I started 40 years ago and had had in storage for most of that time. Now that I'm retired, I unboxed and started assembling, making changes to my original and stared to see light at the end of the tunnel. Discovered I didn't have a drive shaft. Made a few calls and discovered what i thought was an outrageous $600.00 price for my short shaft. Frustrated, I opened your catalog and found Your short Drive shaft ordered it and did and found just what I needed. Thanks again Speedway !!!!!

Garbage. Do not buy. One side the the driveshaft ears were about about 1/8-1/16 shorter between the ears. Making it impossible to get the clips In. The there side was no problem. I beat the living day lights out of it to fit. I just hope it stays together. I emailed them about sending me a new driveshaft but they only said they would look into it. Just go to a local driveshaft shop and have one made. Speedway needs to get their QC in order.

This kit is complete and practically ready to install. Truthfully, for what ever reason I don't know, The kit drive shaft was to short and thus the trans yoke was to long. I remeasured and contacted Speedway Tech support and Customer Service. They walked me through the whole process and we concluded that both pieces needed to be changed. New parts arrived immediately from Speedway and installation is complete and PERFECT. I defy you to find any other company that offers better service than Speedway Motors!

description indicates this uses 1310 u joints (cap size 1.062), these are Ford U joints with External clips. the caps are to small for orignial GM yokes that uses internal clips with cap size of 1.125. will The GM 3RL U-Joint (also called S44 fit this shaft? the cap sizes between the 1310 and The GM 3RL U-Joint are considerably different in size. what u joint will fit the GM rear end and this shaft? I want to order this drive shaft but from description it doesn't appear to work on a GM rear end. let me know thanks.
