Speedway Motors 930CR100S Details

These small-block Chevy headers have a graceful, nostalgic shape that makes them perfect for T-bucket roadsters and similar hoodless street rods. The classic appearance is backed up by quality construction and an easy-breathing design that can help unlock your engine’s performance potential.

  • Polished Stainless Steel
  • Fits 265-400 c.i. Small Block Chevy V8s
  • Exhaust is routed outside the frame rail and along the side of the car
  • Fits most angle plug heads
  • Extensions and mufflers sold separately
  • Includes gaskets and bolts

Note: Stainless header tubing when exposed to exhaust temperature will cause the finish to change color which will vary with the exhaust temperature. Please note that the finish of the header when the engine is started, will change to a light champagne color to a darker gold finish and in some instance may even turn dark blue or purple. This can be polished back out when utilizing Blue-away or Simi-chrome polish, but please note that when the headers reach running temperature again, they will immediately change color.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Violations subject to $37,500 penalty per violation per vehicle, revocation of registration, loss of use on California public right of ways, and proof of correction for tampering. There are similar restrictions and penalties under federal law and the laws of all other states with penalties under federal law of up to approximately $45,268 per tampered vehicle and/or engine.

Really nice headers. Haven't used them yet, but I'm sure they'll work out just fine. Wish someone would develop a product to COMPLETELY eliminate color changing on stainless and chrome headers, but till then it's get out the polish!
