Speedway Motors 9308037 Details
These tight-fit headers are designed to be used with standard exhaust port Small Block Chevy heads that have angle spark plugs. Features 1-5/8" primary tubes and 2-1/2" collectors with 2-1/4" outlets. These shorty headers are perfect for tight-fit installations.
The block hugger hearders come with bolts, gaskets and reducers. The port openings on the tight fit headers are round and work fine on heads with round or rectangle ports.
Application
- Can be used with most oil filter systems and transmission/starter combinations.
- Does not fit '55-'57 Chevy cars, Camaros, or other modern vehicles which have a crossmember below the engine's center two exhaust ports.

was told these would fit my 68 C10 short box with the 68 factory 327 and the 68 tranny including missing the clutch pedal arm and linkage and it doesnt even come close to fitting not happy about that the product its self isnt bad just bad info just going to go back to the factory set up

I have the engine on a stand making sure everything fits before sticking in the chassis. The header bolts are too long, need to shorten them or buy shorter. The collector bolts are too short, have to buy longer.

Installing sbc in 46 Studebaker. I'd used this same engine earlier but sold the car with prior headers. A set I had would not work with angle plug heads. Very pleased, fit and cleared everything with plenty of room. Speedway hits a home run again, and affordable too!
