PerTronix 67420P Details

If you want good looks and function, this is the starter for you. This aluminum mini starter has the solenoid built-in and the nose piece can be indexed to allow header clearance in most applications. With 200 ft. lbs. of torque, this polished beauty will be the perfect finishing touch for your pride and joy.

Fits both S/B and B/B Chevy V8 engines
Can be indexed for header clearance
Works with both 153 and 168 tooth flywheels
Bolt patten for straight blocks
From center of mount holes to end of starter is approximately 6-1/2"

First one was a dud, Speedway promptly sent me another one . Sbc 32 coupe with a stroker motor and big cam, also moroso 7 qt pan with wings, clockable for all this and spins motor strong and looks good doing it

On a 67 Chevy ll with big tube headers clearance is the best I have found. Have not expierenced any down side. Hope the longevity is there only time will tell.

I saw this starter but was a bit concerned about the price. Took the leap and I have never had a better starter, cranks my 572 Big Block like a champ. Plus nobody has ever seen one until I show up at a cruise in my 32. No cookie cutter deal here
