If you went to the junk yard to get that modern manual transmission, you probably didn't get the shifter lever. We have just what you need for that T5, T45, or T56 transmission.
Lever consists of a shift handle and mount bolts only, it does not include a boot, linkage or knob.

Lever is for 7/8" center to center mounting holes and has 3/8"-24 threads for the knobs. From the center of the top mounting hole to the middle of the first bend is 3 5/8", middle of second bend 8", and to the bottom of the knob jamb nut is 14-5/8". From the same hole to the top of the threads is 15-7/16". The 16" is from the bottom of the lever to the bottom of the jam nut for the knob. Overall length from bottom to top of threads is 16 7/8".
