My wife bought a 1951 pickup that I get to restore (not as exciting as it sounds). I'm going through the entire truck with the goal of making it safer and easy for her to drive anytime. Part of that includes a new fuel system (tank, lines, carb rebuild, ultra fine fuel filtration) and this electric fuel pump. Solid construction, feels quite durable.

Can this pump be used as only a primer pump? If not do you have a pump for priming the mechanical pump, that will pass fuel through when turned off.
