Is the 32 fiberglass grill shell actually white or black gel coating? Is the middle filled like the picture and will have to be cut out? Thanks

Will 32 fiberglass grill shell fit? Have 29 A and want to go with a 32 grill. Presently has a 29 grill with a Walker radiator with side fill. Will a 32 fit a 29 Walker radiator or will I have to change the radiator to accommodate the 32 grill ? Thanks
