Been buying from Speedway 30 years now, their customer service is second to none. I made a mistake measuring and needed to return the shaft for one and inch longer. One call to customer service and they fixed me right up! Had the shaft I needed in 2 days. Incredible.

Would this shaft work well for street /strip application? I have a 454 BBC and will eventually put out aprox 550hp. Probably will run street /strip tires although probably won't drag it.

to measure for shaft length I need to measure from center of yokes where ujoint attaches. If I insert a slip yoke into the transmission to take my measurement from. How much play do I allow for? Do I bottom out the yoke and back off 1 or 2 inches to take
