For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. The mesh was unraveling from the moment I opened it up too the point it couldn't even be used. And the first thing I noticed was how horrible the polish finish is. So many casting pits and super rough casting.

Bought these air cleaners for my 4 banger Model 'T' Phaeton hot rod. The car has 2 Stromberg 81 carburetors and this product fits perfectly, They are made from cast aluminum and are rugged construction. You can replace the paper air filters with K&N filters that are readily available.
