There are not any breather holes in these valve covers so you would need to cut holes in order to add breathers.  One option would be to add breather part number 5604039 to the side of the valve cover.

Under the item details it says that "breathers can be added" however I do not see the hole for the valve. Is the hole hidden on the other side of the picture?
