Details
These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 454 to 470 CID with Air Flow Research 265 or 290 Oval Port heads to max of 6000 rpm. If you have built your teenage dream car and put AFR oval ports on it than there is no doubt this is the cam for you. We recommend a high rise dual plane with the center notched. An 850HP carb would be our choice with a good set of 1 3/4" headers. Don't worry about gear ratio, it will pull anything you put under it. Buy stock in tires. 750 RPM Idle.
