The ATK Engines DC112 remanufactured Chevy L9H 6.2L engine is a premium replacement for 2009-2013 GM applications, designed to restore strong factory-style V8 performance with the added versatility of Flex Fuel capability. Built on the L9H platform, this 6.2L OHV 16-valve engine features a V-type block design with lightweight aluminum block and cylinder heads, helping reduce overall engine weight while supporting excellent airflow and power potential. It is a strong choice for trucks and SUVs that need dependable power, smooth operation, and OEM-style fitment.

This L9H engine is equipped with Variable Valve Timing (V.V.T.) to improve efficiency, throttle response, and performance across a wide RPM range, while the No D.O.D. configuration eliminates cylinder deactivation components for a simpler and more durable valvetrain setup. ATK’s remanufacturing process includes complete disassembly, machining of the heads, block, crank, and cam, and replacement of wear components to help ensure lasting reliability. After assembly, every engine is individually tested for compression, oil pressure, and water jacket integrity, giving customers added confidence in quality and performance.
