Would this work in place of a mechanical vacuum pump for scavenging crankcase gasses?

I have a 1987 Buick Grand National Turbo. Will the CVR VP555 12 Volt Electric Vacuum Pump replace my fail OEM pump? The system doesn't have a vacuum booster it has an accumulator ball. If this pump doesn't work do you sell a pump that will work in place of the OEM pump? I'm currently unable to find a rebuilder or another pump.

Would this pump work to supply a steady source of vacuum to my vacuum wiper motor ? If so could it be wired to a simple off/on switch.

How noisy pump is?? and what kind of shaking, banging or fluttering it do?? I ask this because some of the pumps on the market makes bigger noise than engine. And some guys have mounted electric pump on inner fender and the whole fender shakes and jolts, even when there is rubber mounting bolts and extra rubber insulation on mounting.
