Overall Assessment

Customers praise the product for its excellent quality, especially the thick flanges and quality tubing. They appreciate the kit's usability, noting that it provides everything needed for making custom or complex headers, and its bends are consistent. The ability to tweak the bends to achieve perfect fitment is highly valued. Users often refer to the product as a cost-effective alternative to having pipes professionally bent. Some customers utilized it for unique projects, saying the product's adaptability sets it apart. However, they recommend having additional instructions for a smoother setup. Despite few isolated issues, the kit comes recommended for its overall performance and value-for-money proposition.

This kit worked great for me. I have a 1965 Oldsmobile 330ci in a "T" bucket and could not find any headers for this. I was able to buy flanges and made my own setup. Received many compliments and great exposure that has led to additional pocket change. More hot rod parts on the way to me!

These headers are used on a 66 nova chassis/strut car with a 6" engine setback. I added 2"x 16" extensions with a 22 degree up turn. Had to do some extra port welding, b/c rectangle flange to square port head. I suggest you clamp the tubes between a 2x4 and your bench as a mock up and rotate them where you want them. then mark the tubes T.D.C. that will aid in shaping a round tube into a rectangle with the help from a vise and a small hammer

Comes with everything needed and the bends are consistent

Used as a basis for weedburners on my front engine dragster. On the dragster I wanted space between the pipes rather than having them bunched together at the bottom, and it was really easy to just adjust the angles and weld in place. Very easy kit to use and way cheaper than having pipes bent up for you.

I Used the kit to make some zoomie headers for my fed. Good and thick flanges and lots of bends to work with. A lot cheaper than buying ready made headers.

Do the square ports in the flanges have enough surrounding material at each hole to bore them out to the pipe diameter? As a machinist, that would be much simpler than pounding the tubing ends square.
