AFCO Street Rod Series coilovers provide a comfortable ride, outstanding build quality, packaged together at an amazing value for your traditional hot rod build! Coilovers are a great upgrade for any project - providing a huge performance increase in ride quality and near-endless adjustment in ride height - to dial in that perfect stance! This coilover shock kit is best suited for lightweight street rods and hot rods, such as T-buckets and early Ford Coupe/Roadster builds. Coilover kits help to reduce unnecessary suspension weight and are compact in size to fit in even the smallest of car builds.
AFCO Street Rod Series Coilovers feature a smooth, small-body steel gas monotube shock, black anodized coilover adjuster sleeve, spring hardware, and a beautifully chrome-plated 10-inch coilover spring. All the necessary hardware to assemble your coilover system is included. One kit will cover a single corner of your build.
Each kit includes:
- (1) Black 1.63" steel body radial tuned gas monotube shock
- (1) Chrome 10" spring
- (1) Black anodized aluminum spring mounting kit
- Mounted Length: 12-3/8"
- Compressed Length: 9-3/4"
- Extended Length: 14-5/8"
- Includes sleeves to convert from 5/8" (no sleeve) to 1/2" with sleeve, 2 sleeves included to adapt both top and bottom to 1/2" if necessary
- 1-3/8" mounting bushing width

It's a fine coilover but the more I thought about it after buying I would have been smarter to spend a bit more on an adjustable setup. There's nothing wrong with this but the value for the money isn't great IMO. I'll most likely need to upgrade these down the road (pun intended) and I would have saved a lot of money by spending a little more doing it right the first time.
