This proportioning valve has six preset adjustment points actuated by moving a lever allowing racers to adjust brake bias during a race without having to "look" where the knob position is. This lever "clicks" into the six positions for positive adjustment and the bright red lever is easily seen in a busy racing cockpit. Lever can be rotated 180 degrees for easy installation.
- This ratchet style brake proportioning valve allows quick and accurate adjustment of brake bias
- Universal design works on all race cars
- 100 to 1500 psi range, up to 57% pressure reduction
- It comes with 6 preset positions, has an aluminum body, rapid ratchet, and positive lock
- Uses 1/8" NPT fittings

Using this valve to replace NLA rear proportioning valve on a French built motorcoach chassis. Needed to be a load based solution so that is now up to the driver to determine load and appropriate rear brake bias. I mounted this to the E-brake handle so it would be readily available to the driver to use quickly as needed. It is essentially the brake system co-pilot.
