Wilwood 140-18161-D Forged Superlite Big Rear Parking Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18161-D is a black Forged Narrow Superlite 4R big rear electronic parking brake kit for 1988-1998 C1500 rear ends with 12.88-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors. It blends compact rear brake performance with the convenience of an electronic parking brake and a more aggressive rotor design.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
