Wilwood 140-18159 Forged Dynalite Rear Electr. Parking Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18159 is a Forged Dynalite rear electronic parking brake kit for 1988-1998 C1500 rear ends with a 2.46-inch axle offset. It is built for builders who want improved rear brake performance along with the simplicity of electronic parking brake operation.

This kit includes black powder-coated four-piston calipers, 12.19-inch GT slotted rotors, and the electronic parking brake control components needed for installation. It removes the need for mechanical cable connections while delivering balanced rear braking and a cleaner overall setup.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
