Wilwood 140-18158 Forged Dynalite Rear Parking Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18158 is a Forged Dynalite rear parking brake kit for Large Chevy C10 rear ends with a 2.46-inch axle offset. It is designed as a compact rear brake upgrade for performance street, strip, and show applications that still require a parking brake.

The kit uses black powder-coated four-piston internal Dynalite calipers, 12.19-inch GT slotted rotors, and a hidden internal shoe parking brake system. This combination delivers balanced rear braking, a clean appearance, and solid static holding power for parking.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
