Wilwood 140-18155-DR Forged Superlite 6R Big Front Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18155-DR is the red-caliper version of the 12.88-inch Forged Superlite 6R big front brake kit for Chevrolet and GMC trucks. It adds bold red caliper styling to a proven six-piston front system with SRP drilled and slotted rotors for stronger braking and more eye-catching appearance.

This version is ideal for custom street trucks and show builds where the brake package is part of the visual presentation as well as the performance upgrades.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
