Wilwood 140-18154-D Forged Superlite 6R Big Front Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18154-D is a black Forged Narrow Superlite 6R big front brake kit for Chevrolet and GMC factory disc spindle applications. It uses six-piston calipers and 12.19-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors to improve front braking while adding a more aggressive rotor appearance.

This front kit is a strong option for performance truck builds that want better heat control, more stopping power, and a compact big brake setup that may fit some 15-inch wheels. It delivers improved braking confidence without requiring the largest possible wheel package.

• Black six-piston front calipers
• 12.19-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors
• Fits Chevrolet and GMC factory disc spindle applications

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
