Wilwood 140-18153 Details

Wilwood 140-18153 is an AERO4 big rear electronic parking brake kit for Big Ford New Style rear ends with a 2.50-inch axle offset. It is intended for high-performance street, custom, and show builds that need strong rear braking and the convenience of an electronic parking brake system.

The kit combines black powder-coated AERO4 four-piston calipers, 14.00-inch GT slotted two-piece rotors, and BP compound pads to create a larger-capacity rear braking system. The included electronic parking brake hardware simplifies installation by eliminating mechanical cabling while still providing strong holding power for parking.

Specs

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
