The Turbosmart Performance Intercooler & Blow-Off Valve Package is a complete forced-induction upgrade engineered for 2015-current Ford F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost trucks, including 2017-current Ford Raptor models. Combining a high-capacity performance intercooler with a premium blow-off valve, this package improves charge-air cooling, turbocharger efficiency, throttle response, and overall power consistency for both stock and modified EcoBoost applications.

At the core of the package is Turbosmart's direct-fit intercooler upgrade, featuring a durable bar-and-plate construction and an impressive 80% increase in cooling surface area over the factory intercooler. The larger core and increased thermal mass help reduce intake temperatures, resist heat soak, and support greater airflow, allowing the engine to maintain performance during towing, off-road use, daily driving, and high-boost conditions. CFD-engineered cast aluminum end tanks provide balanced airflow while maintaining OEM-style fitment and functionality.

The included blow-off valve enhances boost-system performance by improving pressure relief during throttle transitions, helping maintain turbocharger responsiveness and system reliability. Designed as a true bolt-on solution, the package integrates with factory mounting locations, OEM-style charge pipes, factory ECU calibrations, and OEM shutter-shroud systems without requiring cutting, trimming, or fabrication.
