The Turbosmart Performance Intercooler and Blow-Off Valve Package is a complete bolt-on upgrade engineered for 2015-current Ford F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost models, including 2017-current Ford Raptor applications. By combining a high-capacity performance intercooler with a premium blow-off valve, this package improves charge-air cooling, turbocharger efficiency, boost response, and overall performance consistency for both stock and modified EcoBoost-powered trucks.

The package's performance intercooler features a robust bar-and-plate core design with an impressive 80% increase in cooling surface area compared to the factory intercooler. Increased thermal mass and cooling efficiency help lower intake temperatures, reduce heat soak, and improve airflow, allowing the engine to maintain power more consistently during towing, spirited driving, and high-boost operation. CFD-engineered cast aluminum end tanks further enhance airflow distribution while maintaining OEM-style fitment.

Complementing the intercooler is a high-performance blow-off valve designed to improve boost management and turbocharger response during throttle transitions. The entire system installs using factory mounting points and is compatible with OEM charge pipes, factory-style charge pipes, OEM ECU calibrations, and factory shutter-shroud systems, providing a true bolt-on performance upgrade without cutting or fabrication.
