The Turbosmart TS-1 6466 Performance Turbocharger is a high-performance, oil-cooled turbocharger engineered for serious street and motorsport applications demanding exceptional response and impressive horsepower capability. Utilizing modern materials, advanced aerodynamics, and lightweight construction, the TS-1 series was developed around a "smaller, lighter, and faster" philosophy to deliver outstanding transient response without sacrificing top-end power.

This 6466 configuration features a 64mm compressor inducer, 66mm turbine exducer, 0.82 A/R V-band turbine housing, and an external wastegate setup, providing tuners with precise boost-control flexibility for custom turbo systems. The reverse-rotation design makes it particularly well suited for mirror-image twin-turbo installations, allowing cleaner plumbing and packaging on V-engine applications.

At the core of the TS-1 is a proprietary dual ceramic bearing system, lightweight rotating assembly, aggressive 7+7 billet 2618 aluminum compressor wheel, and a high-temperature 713C Inconel turbine wheel. This combination minimizes rotational inertia, improves spool-up characteristics, and maintains excellent efficiency and reliability under extreme exhaust gas temperatures. Lightweight stainless-steel investment-cast turbine housings and CFD-developed compressor and turbine components further enhance overall performance.

Every TS-1 turbocharger is supplied with installation essentials, including turbine inlet and outlet weld flanges, V-band clamps, and oil-drain hardware, simplifying integration into a custom turbocharged build.
