The Turbosmart TS-0565-1002 StraightGate eSG50 External Wastegate represents a new generation of turbocharger boost control, replacing traditional pneumatic operation with full electronic actuation. Featuring a large 50mm butterfly-style valve, the eSG50 delivers significantly greater airflow capacity than conventional 60mm poppet-style external wastegates, resulting in faster response, improved accuracy, and more consistent boost management across the entire RPM range. Designed for high-performance and motorsport applications, it provides near-linear valve control for precise boost regulation under all driving conditions.

Engineered for versatility and durability, the StraightGate eSG50 incorporates advanced features such as liquid actuator cooling, a user-adjustable actuator position, and onboard sensors that monitor both valve position and actuator temperature through 0-5V outputs. Its robust construction includes a black aluminum top cap, a natural-finish stainless steel base, and secure strap-type V-band clamps for reliable installation. The unit comes with a 7-wire unterminated flying lead loom, allowing integration with a wide variety of standalone ECUs and engine management systems.
