The Turbosmart GenV HyperGate45 External Wastegate is a motorsport-proven 45mm wastegate engineered to deliver outstanding boost control, durability, and thermal performance for serious turbocharged applications. Recognized as one of the highest-flowing wastegates in its class, the HyperGate45 utilizes CFD-optimized flow paths and advanced engineering to provide precise boost regulation while maintaining exceptional reliability in both street and race environments.

Developed as a complete redesign of the previous-generation HyperGate, the GenV version retains only the proven mounting orientation while incorporating substantial improvements in flow efficiency, configurability, and heat management. The wastegate features a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and fatigue. Its rotatable actuator housing, collar-locking system, and optional liquid-cooling capability provide flexibility for a wide range of custom turbo installations.

The HyperGate45 is supplied with a complete spring kit and installation components, making it easy to tailor boost control to specific performance goals.
