Overall Assessment

The product is a highly-regarded electric fan noted for its practicality and usability. Its compact and thin design allows it to fit even in tight spaces, hence prominent in vehicles like the Morgan +4, 34 Ford Coupe, and T-Bucket. Optimization to work as a pusher or puller aids its flexibility. Users appreciate its quality and easy installation process, finding the fan a reliable solution to cooling problems. Its ability to be reversed is also a highlight. The product's performance has resulted in multiple recommendations, as customers find it superior compared to competitors. Issues noted include lack of a wiring pigtail, but customers found this easy to fix. The main consensus is that the fan is a valuable, ideal fit for various radiators, providing ample airflow and effectively maintaining temperature.

seemingly great fan

Bought this fan in the garage sale. It said the fan had a broken shroud(no big deal). I installed the fan and turned it on. It vibrated like crazy, so I turned it off. Examine the fan closely and notice a chunk of the fan was missing. With no returns on garage items it sits in the garage collecting dust. Everything else with Speedway was a quick and great experience

What is the width of the fan at the end of the blades. Basically the narrowest point. I am planning on using it as a pusher fan on a 51 Ford F1 and the support running through the center of the radiator has a 1" clearance.

What size should I use for a 32 ford chopped radiator? It is exactly 17" across. 16 1/4 between the radiator frame. Will the 15" be to large with the shroud?
