Just bought a 31 Model A and the previous owner states the motor is a 400small, 4 bolt main. He's not sure the year of the motor or what it's origination is, but thought it's a '70-71. The starter just went out. Looks the same as the after market that was on the vehicle when we bought it 2 weeks ago. Is this the model needed?
