TREMEC TCEP8639 Details

Direct-fit aluminum bellhousing that perfectly mates TREMEC 5-speed transmissions to Small Block Ford engines. This OE-style casting delivers precise alignment, proper input shaft depth, and easy installation for your TKO or TKX conversion.

  • Direct bolt-on for TREMEC TKO 500, TKO 600, TKX, and similar 5-speeds
  • Lightweight OE-style aluminum – fully machined and ready to install
  • Designed for 289, 302, 351W, and 351C engines with 6-bolt pattern
  • Cable clutch ready with included trans clutch fork pivot stud
  • Ideal for hot rods, muscle cars, kit cars, Fox-body, and restomods

Important Notes:

  • Not SFI-approved – recommended for street and mild performance use
  • Uses 157-tooth flywheel and late-model diaphragm clutches
  • Requires bellhousing-to-block fasteners (not included)
  • Not compatible with T-5 transmissions (see our T5 bellhousings)

This bellhousing eliminates guesswork in your Tremec 5-speed swap. It maintains correct transmission angle and depth with no extra spacers or adapters needed.
